If you want to hear the origins of the PetaPixel Photography Podcast, you can still listen to my old show. I think you’ll agree that I’ve come a long way. Something you would expect with over 2 years of practice.
Both podcasts feature original, informative content in a funny, but family-friendly style.
Subscribe now and you won’t be disappointed.

Hey Sharky! JJ Bassett here – earlier this year I asked you what you thought was the best way to improve my skills. You recommended shooting things outside my comfort zone – aka the unknown. So I began shooting people in situations where they knew I was there!! Right now I am trying to shoot effectively with low light, and movement. I use a Nikon
D5100 – what do you recommend for shooting low restaurant type lighting, without flash, with movement – for example – guitar strumming. What would my best settings be to pull this off without blur?
Thanks Shark!!
